The Belarusan President Alexander Lukashenko has warned the West of a “full scale world war” unless they stop supporting Ukraine by providing state of the art weaponry.
Lukashenko who is a staunch ally of the Russian President Vladimir Putin received nuclear capable missiles from Russia this week which have been stationed on the Ukraine border.

Belarusian state media outlet Belta quoted the Belarusian President, “[Belarus] calls on the countries of the world to unite and prevent the regional conflict in Europe from escalating into a full-scale world war.”
He added, “[The West can avoid escalating the conflict by refraining] from arms supplies, from information warfare and any provocations, from inflating hate speech in the media, from promoting racism and discrimination on the grounds of national, cultural, linguistic and religious affiliation, from legalizing and sending mercenaries.
“We must jointly resist restrictive trade measures.”
However the British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss has warned that the UK will not appease Putin and she is urging Western allies to do the same and ensure that Russia is defeated.
Truss has said that “Russia’s aggression cannot be appeased. It must be met with strength.
“We must not allow a prolonged and increasingly painful conflict to develop in Ukraine.”
